About CEC
What tourism needs are communicators.
We play our part in communicating "Experience the charm of Kyoto: a place you will want to visit again and again."
The Cultural Edu-tourism Council (CEC) is an organisation of foreign students visiting Kyoto from all over the world and 'ambassadors' - guides made up of Japanese students - who use their own experience and knowledge to guide visitors through cultural tourism in Kyoto in various languages.
